The year is coming to an end and I think we all like to take stock of how it went. It is a good exercise to continue pursuing our dreams during the new year.
What are the positive things about 2021? First and foremost, I am very proud to have seen the number of people who trust me to obtain their permits and solve their legal problems grow. The joy I feel when someone gets their papers or gets out of a bureaucratic jam is immense and has been my driving force for more than 15 years. I am also very happy to have a new website, the result of Luis F. Roncero’s work. This website is one more way for me to get closer to you and to inform you about immigration law. It was what my business project was missing to be complete.
And what negative things has 2022 left us with? The slowness of the Administration in some procedures is causing many problems to my clients. In addition, several online improvements brought to us by the pandemic have been cut back, returning to such anachronistic methods as postal mail. It would be interesting to reflect on the best way for public services to serve citizens, wherever they are from.
In conclusion, I ask 2022 to continue to meet customers who are becoming friends, and that the procedures become easier and closer for everyone.
I wish you much happiness, and may you enjoy Christmas with your family and friends.
And don’t forget that if you have any questions about immigration law in 2022, I will be happy to help you.
